Also, with the rangers only working till 11 on week days and 12am on weekends, parties continued into the night. My husband had to go tell some people at a campsite to turn off their music at 130am on a Sunday because they had their hatchback up with music and base playing loud and while they nicely said sorry and turned it off, they didn't realize base travels around? our camp neighbours complained to us the next day that it had kept them up too. We complained in the office but there should be a number to call or a 24/7 ranger on site cause I was nervous for my husband when he had to take matters in his own hands.

Great quiet park, nice bathrooms and lots. Small nice swimming area on the river. Would return again.

I have camped at this campground my entire life and this weekend has the worst experience! We decided to have a family get together and we booked 7 sites all together with children from 1-16 ranging in age I felt completely harassed by the people patrolling the campground!!! I 100% understand and agree with them driving around keeping an eye on everything I think that's great BUT when u drive around with your lights out in the dark I think is completely unacceptable not only are you putting children in danger but adults as well! At one point they stopped there vehicles turned it off directly in front of the campsite which terrified my young niece. When we approached and asked if there was and issue they said no so we asked why did you do that and they Denied it! Well we had a great chat with the conservation officer they they sent to us because they said we "scared" them. Also another issue was the "campground host" travelled to all of our families sites and addressed her self as the "campground host also a retired rcmp officer" felt like we were trying to be intimidated by her. This was a family get together with all our children we didn't even have music on during the evening because most of the kids were in bed by 8 pm so they can't even use the excuse we were to loud I have stayed there soooooo many times and every provincial park around here and I have never felt like I was being watched like I did this weekend. Not to mention when I went and asked for a complaint form as directed by the conservation officer they pulled out green forms then put them down and passed me a note pad and told me to fill out my information on that so I said never mind I will try on line! Terrible experience!

I have to rate 3 stars because there are only 2 serviced bathrooms with toilets, sinks and showers for over 200 camp sites! People clearly would rather use the bushes than the vault toilets that stink up the road ways. There was TP in the bushes around sites.. The campground itself is 5 star for size of sites, wooded, BEAUTIFUL. But the bathrooms. They're too far away, spread out. And the showers are press on, 1 stall I had to press twice my entire shower. The other, it ran 10 seconds each time. My husband said the one in the men's ran 3 seconds. It was painful to shower and having to keep pressing the button. And 2 of the 5 toilet stalls actually locked. I was really shocked about this provincial campground and lack of well functioning bathrooms. I know water conservation is important but the frustration of the camper's isn't worth it.

Great campsites for tenting or trailers/RV. Big campground, our site was very private, washrooms cleaned daily, maybe more. Very happy with our 4 night stay.
